Learn Letter Sounds with Carnival Kids teaches letter sounds and basics of blending but does not cover fluent reading. Fluency in actual reading is a separate educational goal addressed in Kids Learn to Read. Including advanced reading skills here would complicate it for children and divert from its primary purpose.
